Disability Law Queensland legal practitioners are proficient and competent able to be assigned as Legal Aid Authorised Preferred Suppliers to be able to do Legal Aid work.
Legal Aid Queensland has developed partnerships with legal practitioner who they refer to as preferred suppliers located throughout Queensland.
Disability Law Queensland can do the following:
- help clients with their legal problem
- advise clients on their eligibility for legal aid
- submit an application for legal aid on behalf of a client
- represent a client in court.
